Maintenance Tech for Aparmtent Buildings ((Westland, Taylor Area)) Maintennace Tech needed for Property Management Company in the Taylor, Westland and surrounding areas.

JOB DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
General building maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC) Experience in Apartment Turnover Experience in property orders and inventory Grounds maintenance Janitorial duties SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Maintenance experience.
Comfortable to stand/walk for an entire shift.
Be able to lift between 40-60 lbs on regular basis.
Must be able to stoop, bend, twist, grip and stand on a regular basis.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work well independently with minimum supervision.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to meet deadlines and goals BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
