Report for work on time for assigned shift Work in a fun, team oriented work environment Greet customers upon entry to the store in a cordial and appropriate manner.
Become knowledgeable about plants, flowers, fruits, vegetables, and growing seasons and to share this expertise with customers.
Move items that weigh up to 40 pounds many times throughout the day Use salesmanship to sell the best products of the season to our customers.
Build a rapport with customers Prioritize when many tasks need to be accomplished at the same time Work our full service bread counter, become knowledgeable about the bread products and use salesmanship to sell them to customers.
Learn how to run the cash register and ring up customers in a fast and professional manner.
Stock dairy, beverage, bulk using described stocking procedures while rotating the stock Build a rapport with customers.
Use salesmanship to sell the best tasting products of the season to our customers while ringing them up.
