Knowledge of, understanding of, experience in the trucking industry Ability to follow direction and be a Team Player while working Independently.
Desire to succeed Willingness to go the extra mile Knowledge of the Trucking Industry Excellent Time management and be Punctual Ability to Negotiate and be Responsible Ability to stay focused, be quick and efficient Excellent verbal and written communications skills Problem solving ability Professionalism Pleasant phone and business presence Strong organizational skills Independent thinking and creativity Ability to work well under pressure Excellent phone and communication skills Great customer service skills At least a small current Book of Business or be able to obtain customers very quickly.
Your Duties:
Marketing our Services, Selling Freight, Dispatching, Tracking loads, Recruiting new Clients Managing Client Paperwork and setup Load finding & arrangement Setting up client with shippers and managing necessary paperwork Tracking loads and delivery, etc more.

You must be prepared for early morning, day, evening, and occasional night hours.
Experience and Knowledge of the Freight, Transportation, and Trucking Industry is needed.
This is not a training opportunity.
Status:
Full-time, Part-time, Temp/Contract Shift:
Days, Nights, Weekends.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
