Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace is looking for a Sous Chef! Full time, hourly, benefited position RESPONSIBILITIES/
Qualifications:
- Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.
- Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.
- Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
- Has excellent organizational skills.
- To effectively produce all of Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace Gourmet to Go recipes.
- To assist the Executive Chef in assuring that the department meets or exceeds Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace production labor, food cost, merchandising and quality control standards.
- Executes merchandising, promotions and demos that meet marketing objectives on a per shift basis.
- Ensures excellent customer service standards.
- Ensures that the quality of products offered in the department meet or exceed Company standards.
- Properly manages staff in the department to ensure optimum productivity and results, on a per shift basis.
- Previous culinary and/or food preparation experience and customer service experience required.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Must be able to work early mornings, nights and weekends.
Must have reliable transportation.
