Manager, Service Delivery Manager(Paid Membership Site) - KPMG (Grand Rapids, MI)

Manage the Managed Governance Service (MGS) delivery team with daily responsibility for delivery of MGS consulting services to our clients Consult with clients and KPMG project team members, gather and align requirements on how the work products should be customized to insure that analysis & results will support engagement decision making Function as a solution architect in designing and crafting both process and high level technical solutions that will meet our MGS client s needs Working with web based software solutions as well as the Microsoft Office suite to perform detailed analysis and summarize results in support of managing in-sourced and outsourced services
Qualifications:
Five years of experience in delivery of outsourced services to clients with three years of experience managing people Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college/university with five years of outsourcing, consulting, and/or specific domain expertise Experience with Vendor Management / Governance of outsourced services from a third party Strong understanding of outsourcing concepts and contractual relationships (service level methodology, MSAs, Contract Schedules, Amendments, Pricing structures) Related experience in business process reengineering, business process outsourcing, financial services/analysis, or data analysis Source:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
