RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support the implementation, monitoring and communicating the corporate Reliability Matrix for facilities, which includes the CMMS System.
Drive maintenance dashboard implementation and compliance across the organization Define asset availability and capability gaps within production lines Develop and monitor Reliability Strategy to close gaps in availability, capability and competence for all facilities.
Develop the Reliability Team at each facility.
Train and coach and manage via influence, plant reliability teams on available tools within the organization Facilitate learning from repetitive failures and reliability events across the organization.
Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
Manage program metrics and tracking Coordinate metric review meetings to include scheduling, facilitating, keeping meeting notes, and reporting out results to key stakeholders.
Assign and oversee projects that are delegated to either Project Engineers or Maintenance Managers to implement.
Mentor and coach Maintenance Managers, staff, mechanics and Project Engineering resources in your respective area with regard to proper Equipment Reliability Practices and the sharing of best practices across the organization Ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization.
Travel to manufacturing sites on a regular basis to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and deliverables.
Assist in the development of the annual maintenance budgeting for sites.

Six Sigma methodology Negotiation Kaizen facilitation Time Management Maintenance Planning Contract review and tracking of contract detail PM and Changeover kitting Effective presentation, writing, proposals, business plans, SOP's Choke Point Analysis Leading development and implementation of strategic goals and budget/cost control MTBF/MTTR Analysis Personnel and performance management Fault Tree Analysis Equipment design specifications, engineering analysis, time studies, scenario analysis, root cause analysis, method and material analysis MS Office Suite, including SharePoint Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance strategies AutoCAD Microsoft Office Suite of products to include Project, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and Visio SharePoint site management Project Management Principles Managing Multiple Projects and Priorities.
Project Management Principles Root cause analysis & root cause failure analysis, SMED 5S Ability to balance short-term and long-term reliability threats Oil Analysis, Vibration Analysis Action plans and follow-up to complete Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analysis Successfully analyzes and presents data to multiple levels of the organization REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree required; preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years in the food industry or equivalent cGMP manufacturing environment required.
Extensive CMMS knowledge and proficient in maintenance management including metrics necessary to own and drive the organization's equipment reliability program Previous experience in reliability, fixed and rotating equipment integrity is essential for success in this role.
5-7 years or more of relevant business experience in an Engineering leadership role with extensive knowledge of food industry equipment a plus.
Proven results in maintenance management, project management, cross functional team leadership, budget management, timeline adherence, driving results through continuous improvement tools and influence.
