A busy industrial company has an opening for a DIRECT HIRE Electrician at their Muskegon Facilities.
This is a full-time 3rd shift position, hours would be 10:

Responsibilities Include:
Repair/rebuild electric motors (except rewinding stators and armatures) Trouble shoot/repair the Ajax Induction Furnaces, ACS Osborn Mold unit, Sand System, Hydraulic Systems, Shot-Blasting Equipment and all associated production equipment.
Repair of Electric Overhead cranes and Hoists (Electrical and Mechanical, except welding).
Clean and perform minor repair of Sub Stations Feeder Circuits and Breakers (7200 volts).
Repair of high voltage and voltage controls up to 2700volts.
Adhere to TS 16949 Work Instructions and ISO 14000 Work Instructions and Training.
Read electrical schematics and diagrams.
Experience with Allen Bradley Rockwell Software (RS Logix 5, RS Logix 500, and RS Linx), PLC-5 and SLC500 hardware.
Requirements:
Minimum of Two Years of Manufacturing Experience or Similar Experience Trade School or Electrical Apprentice or Assoc.
Degree in Electrical or Electronics Four years experience to achieve Journeyman status Experience with high voltage & voltage controls up to 2700 volts Understand relay logic and Digital / Analog controls Should have knowledge of Electronic Instrumentation (E.

Temperature Controllers, Chart Recorders, I/P and P/I Converters, Variable Frequency Drives, Etc.
) Additional requirements:
