Executive Chef (Lansing)
Capital Prime Lansing is seeking to fill the position of Executive Chef.
This position requires strong leadership skills along with the delicate balance of being a team player and motivator.
As the Executive Chef you will creatively contribute and actively develop new menu items while being a visible part of the dining experience.
We are looking to fill this position immediately.
Requirements:
--History of leadership and experience within the culinary field --Self- motivating --Menu development and costing --Establish systems and controls to produce results --Strong organizational skills --Execute perfect food efficiently and promptly --Ability to work 55 to 60 hours per week as needed
Responsibilities:
--Hire the best staff available --Labor Cost, Food Cost and Ordering --Teach and develop the kitchen staff.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
