R&D Manager for Production Engineering
ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Lead, direct and communicate with direct reports as well as regional group companies Collaborate with headquarters for the development and implementation of new technologies Manage the HVAC and HEX prototype shop team, ensuring that customer schedules are met Improve capability and efficiency to the HVAC and HEX prototype shop Drive technology innovation through global-first type applications/processes in partnership with regional suppliers, University collaboration etc.
Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field 8
years of relevant manufacturing experience in the automotive industry Basic working knowledge of machines and processes used in the manufacturing of HVAC and heat exchange products Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience in leading teams for new product launches Ability to travel both domestically and internationally This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
