Experience:

years of experience in automotive embedded software development 3
years of experience managing a team of software engineers Define software architectures, detailed design implementations and test plans Manage the development of software modules and platform approaches to product development Manage all software aspects of the product development to achieve on time delivery of the product Manage software quality through code reviews, static analysis and rigorous testing Manage team performance and motivate team members to exceptional results Proficient in embedded applications development in C Experience in DOORS, Clearcase / Clearquest or similar tools Good understanding of automotive communications such as CAN and LIN Experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, etc.) Good understanding of RTOS such as OSEK and AUTOSAR OS Experience in Matlab an advantage Familiarity with MISRA, AUTOSAR, Automotive SPICE and ISO26262 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate t
