Job Openings for the 2014 Program Season At Song of the Morning Yoga Retreat Center Our retreat center is founded in the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi and founder of the Self-Realization Fellowship. Our spiritual practices include daily meditation, hatha yoga, devotional chanting, reading of spiritual texts, and selfless service. As members of the Song of the Morning Ranch community, staff members and work exchangers are encouraged to
participate in our ongoing spiritual practices. We welcome and honor all Truth seekers. Program and Marketing Coordinator The Coordinator of Programs and Marketing oversees the development of programming and the marketing of the Song of the Morning retreat, programs and events. Because our programs and marketing play a central role in conveying to others who we are and what we do, this role requires skills in those two areas, but also attunement with our mission, purpose and spiritual culture. Cook Gardener Song of the Morning is looking for an organic gardener. In addition to a conventional outdoor garden, the gardener is responsible for the maintenance and operation of an indoor grow- room, greenhouse and hoop house. These additional facilities lengthen the short growing season in northern Michigan and allow us to serve fresh produce to our guests, staff and community members. This position also works closely with the cook to coordinate menu planning. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
