Assistant Controller
ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage accountants including the assignment of duties, review of work, and performance evaluations Prepare monthly financial reports as deemed useful and informative to management on a timely basis Direct year-end closing process Work with other departments when Accounting information or skills are needed to support ongoing efforts of the Company Enforce, support, and seek to enhance the internal controls of the Company Perform additional backup duties for the Controller as needed REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master's degree preferred 5
years of accounting experience, with 2
years of supervisory experience 2
years public accounting experience, preferred within the last 5 years CPA license or foreign equivalent Intermediate Microsoft Word skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills SAP knowledge preferred Big 4 accounting experience is a plus This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
