Represents the department in various activities or committees as required :
Administers internal control audits :
PRM adherence/compliance :
Assists in developing standardized work :
Coordinates with other departments to ensure availability of materials :
Dangerous Goods Subject Matter Expert for Orion Assembly and Pontiac Stamping :
Follows the business plan deployment process and maintain associated documents :
Assists groups as required to support constant improvement and drive problem resolution :
Support annual business plan development :
Involves department planning coordinators where appropriate :
Meets departmental budget :
Maintains good housekeeping standards :
SAP SME Qualifications
Qualifications:
:
Planning, organizational and analytical skills :
SAP knowledge :
Ability to lead in a GMS Team Environment :
Strong understanding and ability to coach and teach GMS Principles :
Excellent oral and written communication skills :
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others :
Knowledge and understanding of corporate/unit policies and procedures :
Demonstrated successful working relationship with UAW partners :
College degree or equivalent experience Key Behavior Elements:

Able to work independently with minimal direction :
Makes decisions in a timely manner :
