Qualifications:

Planning, organizational and analytical skills :
SAP knowledge :
Ability to lead in a GMS Team Environment :
Strong understanding and ability to coach and teach GMS Principles :
Excellent oral and written communication skills :
High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others :
Knowledge and understanding of corporate/unit policies and procedures :
Demonstrated successful working relationship with UAW partners :
