Summary:
To oversee the business services for assigned schools with an emphasis on clear procedures, accuracy, timeliness, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Employed by MEP Services and reports to the Comptroller of CS Partners FSLA Status:
Non Exempt
Essential Functions:
Process payables daily from school upload to software Cut checks weekly with review & approval by CFO Answer daily questions from schools Relieve school staff of daily entering of invoices when necessary Bank reconciliations if applicable Entering deposits Preparation of grant draws All other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1
years of accounting experience Preference for associates or higher in accounting Advanced computer and organizational skills Excel and Dynamics GP experience preferred CS Partners/MEP Services CS Partners is a hands on, service-oriented company made up of educators with over 200 combined years of experience in public schools and who have been working for charter schools in Michigan from the very beginning!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
