Accountable for accurately quoting and endorsing of policies :
Conducts a quality review of quoted policies by comparing source documents for quote to quote detail :
Demonstrates an understanding of quality assurance best practices :
Responsible to meet productivity measures and complete time sensitive deliverables within established standards (i.
e.
spreadsheets and daily output) :
Periodically conducts a quality review of quoted policies by comparing source documents for quote to quote detail :
Proficient on job specific tools (POS quoting, Partner Select, Database, Reports) :
Resolves issued to quoted premium escalations :
Contributes to net conversion by ensuring timely and accurate issuance of policies :
Coordinates monthly extraction and receipt of quoting data from agents.

Initiates monthly quoting process Position Requirements :
Bachelor's degree preferred :

3 years' experience; insurance or agency experience preferred :
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) :
Working knowledge of Hanover systems with the aptitude to gain skills and solve problems as the technology progresses.
