General Labor, Maintenance, Groundskeeping Wanted
Property management firm has general labor/ maintenance/ groundskeeper position available.
The position involves:
Grounds cleanup:
pickup of trash and other debris from multiple shopping center sites.
Light landscaping:
pulling or spraying of weeds and other unwanted plants.
Occasional trimming of trees or shrubs.
office properties.
Common area cleaning:
periodic cleaning of common hallways in Other duties as assigned.
Position may also include assisting in small jobsite construction and cleanup:
Assisting with moving materials and general construction.
General cleanup of construction debris from jobsite.
Job Requirements Must possess reliable transportation.
General knowledge of grounds and building maintenance.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to operate various hand tools and outdoor power equipment.
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Ability to work independently and on a team.
Ability to endure seasonal temperatures and spend majority of time out doors in the elements.
Position is available immediately.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
