Financial Manager

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally Manage and oversee accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable and receivables Design and maintain benefit plans and personnel files Work according to different corporate/partnership structures Assist with personnel recruitment Prepare of financial statements, cash flow analyses, annual tax packages, etc. S
upervise accountants and clerical staff Serve as support staff to practice administrators and senior management Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 6
years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience in accounting Experience with financial preparations and analyses Experience in general ledger and preparation of journal entries Strong communication, organizations and critical thinking skills Knowledge of GAAP CPA or MBA preferred This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
