About the role:
The CRM Development Manager will utilize their technical expertise and leadership to lead a team in delivering the next versions of General Motor's connected car software solutions.
As a CRM Development Manager with the Global Connected Consumer organization, you will be expected to participate in all software development phases as well as lead a team in the design, development and test of software solutions.
Creativity and technical aptitude are an expectation to bring increased application quality and drive best practices in software design and development.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications:

BA/BS in Computer Science or Engineering :
At least 10 years of software development and project management experience, including 3
years in management of direct reports :
Proven track record in management of entire software development life cycle and delivery of large complex software solutions :
Experience in managing software development projects and respective methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, Waterfall) :
Experience with UNIX/Linux, Java and J2EE application development :
Familiarity with testing tools such as Junit, QTP, Selenium, HP ALM/ Quality Center :
Strong computer skills:
Microsoft Word, Project, Excel :
Ability to perform at a high level with minimal supervision and direction :
Ability to work on complex projects; be able to analyze problems quickly, and develop corrective actions :
Must have good leadership skills and the ability to influence others without direct authority Preferred

A Master's degree in a technical discipline :
Experience in wireless carrier software solutions and connected car telematics solutions :
