Job Description:
Basic Function Coordinates and implements the division's new sales onboarding and on:
going sales training curriculum.
Responsibilities :
Formulate comprehensive IVS training curriculum to develop clinical expertise, clinical selling skills, C:
Suite selling, customer influence, and cross:
divisional strategy :
Responsible for in:
house and field product sales training curriculums and all continuing education requirements :
Develop and lead training programs while coordinating involvement from sales, sales leadership, marketing, customer care and Instruments training department :
Develop Train the Trainer program and expectations for sales representatives :
Create and manage onboarding program for new sales representatives, internal employees and managers :
Responsible for mentoring and ongoing training of employees :
Manages all training budgets :
Works closely with Marketing Managers to develop key relationships with necessary consultants and recommend appropriate HCP's in accordance with key objectives :
Utilizes training best practices from other divisions :
Contributes supplementary educational resources for trainees :
Responsible for needs analysis and continuous evaluation of all training programs :
May eventually be responsible for the supervision and development of other training employees Physical Requirements :
Medium work:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
