Molding Supervisor
CONTRACT-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITY! ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage associates on assigned shift Prioritize problems that occur with parts Assist, assign and instruct operators on molding machines Assist Process Technician when issues arise Handle and resolve personnel issues and concerns Handle all disciplinary actions involving employees Track employee attendance Delegate a variety of tasks Additional duties as required REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent 3-5 years experience as a process technician 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of Planstar System This opportunity is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
