Qualifications:
Occupational Therapist (CS Partners) 1.
Registered by the State of Michigan Department of Community Health, Bureau of Health Professions, Board of Occupational Therapists; 2.
Have successfully completed an acote accredited or wfot approved occupational therapist educational program that meets standards; 3.
Completed not less than 1,000 hours of occupational therapy practice; 5.
Have successfully passed the examination on laws and rules related to the practice of occupational therapy.
