Responsibilities:
The Staff Engineer / Technologist will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment.
In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short:

In addition, you will:

Prepare global process documentation with a commitment to process excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement :
Preparation and delivery of training aligned with process development :
Document technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures :
Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments :
Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 4 years of IT, engineering, scientific or other technical experience) :
Minimum 3 additional years of experience in an engineering field Additional Eligibility
