We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who will be workingin a call center environment.
Job Description/Requirements:
Agents will bemaking inbound and outbound calls as well as live chatting (click to chat) customers.
Applicants are required to have at least a year of Customer Service experience.
Applicants are required to have a proven track record of good attendance and punctuality.
Applicants must remain professional and articulate during all interviews and conversations.
Pay rate:
10.
00 an hour with a raise to 11.
00 an hour after hire:
in.
There is ample room for growth into management.
Hours:
32 plus hours a week Shift:
Hours of operation are 8AM :
11PM.
Agents will either be scheduled 8 hours on the morning shift or afternoon shift between 8am:
8pm, or 8 hours between 12pm:
11pm.
One weekend per month is required.
