Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating additional departmental revenue through the securing of new client company contracts as well as other programming EAP offers such as training, CISD, SAP/DOT evaluations, clinical work through affiliate agreements, etc.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains a consistent and strong relationship with internal and external customers ensuring customer retention.
Meet with customers quarterly and/or annually to review impact and utilization Develops, maintains and enhances a strong promotional plan with each account.
Advises accounts regarding emergency employee:
related issues (e.

date records on management consultations.
Effectively utilizes assessment tools (service evaluation and risk assessment) to obtain feedback and foster improved customer service.
Obtains annual updated employee counts and renewal of service agreement from accounts, if applicable.
Works collaboratively with other HFHS programs to market collectively (such as Occupational and Business Health and Wellness).
