Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:
:
Lead contract administration activities for union represented employees to include managing:
probationary period of new employees, 90 days reviews and compensation step progression, tuition reimbursement, leaves of absence, testing, internal value stream transfers, labor adjustments, vacation accruals and pay outs, letters of agreement, reporting, and OHR updates :
Support staffing process by posting positions, assisting in screening, testing, and selection of applicants Responsible for driving OFCCP compliance, including coordination of EEO1 and AAP reporting :
Implement initiatives to attract, select, and retain qualified employees :
Coordinate onboarding and off:
boarding activities :
Lead Union Pension Committee by coordinating pension package with administrator and communicating with employees as appropriate :
Serve as escalation point for case management resolution in cases of leaves of absence management and other employee transactions :
Act as liaison between HR, management and employees regarding HR policies/procedures and employee relations :
Disposition employee benefits issues to ensure each is worked to a proper resolution Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or University (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Hourly Relations / Union Relations work) :
Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources / related industry experience Additional Eligibility
