- Consulting with customers in order to determine their wireless service needs - Meeting and exceeding all performance goals - Handling all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner - Developing relationships with your customer base - Responsible for daily cash:

out - Arranging and displaying store merchandise - Maintaining a clean, presentable and professional store environment - Ensure that the sales floor, displays and back room are clean, organized and well stocked - Assists with inventory maintenance Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred - One to Two years experience in a retail sales environment; wireless preferred - Proficient in Microsoft - Ability to stand for long periods of time - Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills - Ability to complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner - Attend and complete all required trainings, before their deadlines - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds - Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax - Multi:
