Position Summary Responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients.
Collaborates with the Nurse Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat the patients responses to actual or potential health conditions.
Assesses, monitors, detects, plans, and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications associated with specific health problems and / or medical treatment.
Note:
this is a PRN Central Based position.
RNs in this capacity must have the ability to care for patients in any unit within the chosen department and/or have the ability to work different departments.

Bachelors Degree in Nursing must be obtained within 7 years for those who start in this RN role on or after January 1, 2013 Experience :
