Responsibilities:

Manage business requirements throughout the entire requirement lifecycle.

Create and maintain data models, with business input, for the product data domains.

Lead system and integration testing efforts :
Maintain detailed knowledge of changes to business needs, IT capabilities and strategic direction for Stryker.
Key accomplishments (90 days):
:
Meet with key stakeholders and relevant IT leaders and demonstrate an understanding of the team's context and goals from the internal customer's perspective Key accomplishments (12 months):
:
Work closely with the Data Governance team to measure, refine and monitor Stryker's product data and related activities :
Prepare for the migration of legacy system requirements and functionality to the master data management hub :
Work closely with the Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse group to support for tighter integration between Master Data systems and Business Intelligence reporting Skills:
:
Knowledge/experience in the product data domain is strongly preferred :
Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes, understand business needs, and drive creative IT services to improve efficiency and effectiveness :
Demonstrated ability to set expectations, overcome obstacles, and drive toward outcomes :
Exceptional analytical and current technical skills :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills :
Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships easily understood by all :
Experience in writing and editing project and requirements documentation and working with change control Basic
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent curriculum/experience :
Experience with IBM InfoSphere or similar master data management platform :

years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong business analysis methodology :

years of experience in Information Technology :
Prior working experience with XML Qualifications/Work
