Regional Director of Operations

NW Recruiters is seeking a Regional Director of Operations.
This role will be responsible for:
Establishing and effectively communicating priorities to each campus (Campus Director) that is consistent and supportive of the priorities and vision for the company.
Developing initiatives that support campus growth and quality, quality instruction, student success and customer service.
Managing and overseeing regional budget planning.
Monitoring payroll to ensure adherence to allocated budget.
Determining plans to increase revenue.
Participating in strategic planning to develop long-range budgets and goals.
Working with the marketing staff to create advertising campaigns to generate revenue and public awareness of the colleges in the region.
Actively leading the campus leadership team of the region.
Facilitating weekly and monthly meetings.
Working with Campus Directors and campus management to develop and implement strategies for improved student recruitment, retention, completion rates, and other types of goals.
Working with campus' leadership to coordinate class schedules to ensure maximum utilization of facilities and maximum enrollment.
Working on special projects.
Job Requirements 5-10 years' experience in a Campus Director role.
Personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, and Outlook) are also a must.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
