Are you ready to rise to the challenge? :
Leads the oversight for the seating JIT CCC team for strategy, variants, tooling, piece price, and core business cases for all CCC / CMS and Directed components :
Manages overview of application into programs for general timing, business case development for application, and piece price and tooling reconciliation.

Develops Core BOM Execution strategies working with BOM Family Owners with consistent format, content and data.

Performs business case activity to develop financial implications and application to CCC / CMS / Directed Buy strategies and program application.
Qualifications Required Qualifications :
Knowledge and experience using GM engineering processes :
Automotive Seating work experience :
Knowledge of seating global regulatory requirements, industry seating requirements.

Experience working with automotive OEMs and Seat suppliers :
Experience in seating development, vehicle segmentation, seating JIT build and complexity, and Vehicle assembly plants during a launch event :
DFSS and/or Red X problem solving skills :
Experience with complexity impacts on manufacturing environments and cost drivers / cost calculations of costs driven by complexity.
Education :
Bachelors of Science Degree in a major in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent experience.
