Extrusion Supervisor
HRC 19-31 Stable aluminum extrusion manufacturing company seeking an Extrusion Supervisor to work in their multiple shift operation.
Will likely work either 2nd or 3rd shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES Train, educate and mentor hourly employees Supervise a crew of 6 or so employees Know and be able to communicate the fundamentals of aluminum extrusion including quality standards and extrusion processes Responsible for quality and productivity improvements Should be open to work any shift.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years in aluminum extrusion manufacturing with at least 3 years of supervisory responsibilities Good background in technical training, whether thru formal education or seminars or workshops or in-house or thru AEC -- highly desirable Good health benefits package Click here to apply.
