Maintenance Tech
HRC 13-01 Purpose Responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment and machines to keep the plant running smoothly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Read, diagnose and repair machinery and equipment using hand tools and other equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
Read electrical schematics and other documents to assist in diagnosing and repairing machinery and equipment.
Communicate with co-workers and others to carry out job duties.
Various other duties as required by the department Qualifications Education Formal training leading to journeyman status in Machine Repair, or equivalent Experience Five to seven years experience Work Environment Working environment and physical requirements of this position are those typical of an office setting and manufacturing environment.
