THE POSITION WHAT S THE JOB ABOUT? Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receive, inventory, and maintain the security of documents, examination materials, and equipment.
Conduct examinations efficiently, courteously, and in a calm, and professional manner.
Maintain a secure and positive testing environment.
Follow policies and procedures for the examination as set forth by CPS HR and established protocol.
Complete required report forms and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Attend any required training or conference calls, as directed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Proctors frequently stand for very long periods of time and walk around to monitor examinees.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
Must be able to bend and reach across tables and to visually inspect documents and examinees during test taking.
THE ORGANIZATION QUALIFICATIONS MUST be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
EDUCATION and SKILLS:
High School diploma or GED.
Effective vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic skills.
Must demonstrate ability to follow directions, be able to read, and complete written paperwork.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
