Product Applications Engineer
ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Design and/or direct CAD operators in the design of new products Coordinate fabrication of prototypes Verify that designs/specifications meet all customer fit and function requirements through analysis and testing Establish test requirements and procedures Review test results, develop conclusions/recommendations, prepare reports and communicate the above to appropriate customers Prepare DFMEAs for new products Actively participate in the resolution of product concerns Develop relationships with customer design, development, quality and advanced product engineers Work with Purchasing and Sales for the preparation and completion of the quotation process Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering 3-5 years experience in Product Engineering, Product Development or Project Engineering Knowledge of automotive power transmission general function preferred Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills Ability to work as part of a team This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
