Summary:
This position functions independently and works collaboratively with internal and external customers, including iMPROve Health's reviewer panel, to enhance the customer experience.
The Customer Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external healthcare professionals and deploying methods to ease difficulties encountered while fulfilling assigned tasks/reviews.
Additional responsibilities include providing external customer technical support across departments and contracts to facilitate successful entry into required applications.
The Customer Liaison works a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours, to best meet customer needs.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Work with operational and support departments to identify areas requiring liaison services and develop an implementation planAssist with onboarding customers/reviewers, including coordinating required training and securing entry into program applications in collaboration with department leadershipServe as a subject matter expert for all applications required to administer and complete deliverablesProblem solve and mitigate technology issues and provide relevant assistance including working with iMPROve Health's information technology department and subcontractors as needed to resolve issuesDevelop customer-facing tools, including user manuals and job aidsMaintain open lines of communication with iMPROve Health's reviewer panelCollect and track pertinent information to guide recruitment and improvement strategiesAssist with reviewer recruitment and pre-screening as directedFoster collaboration with internal and external customersEnsure open lines of communication with department leadership to collectively identify methods for overcoming identified barriersOther duties as assignedAdhere to all relevant compliance regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, URAC, CMS)EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree, healthcare-related preferredAt least 3 years of experience working with healthcare professionalsUnderstanding of medical terminologyAdvanced experience in Microsoft suiteExperience with Apple operating systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteTechnically skilledAdvanced understanding of computer systems including features, and integration capabilitiesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenCustomer service experience requiredAbility to problem-solve and address complex issuesAbility to multi-task working on more than one contract/project simultaneouslyCapability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including time outside normal business hours (evenings and weekends)About the Company:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
