All aspects of customer service Assisting customers with selection of formal wear and other related services.
Selling and informing customers of how our business functions, the benefits involved, and explaining our extensive product lines.
Servicing and fitting customers for their formal wear.
Use of our POS (point of sale) system for order entry and confirmations.
Store maintenance General housekeeping and store organization.
Store displays and overall cleanliness.
