A Willingness To:
Report to work rested and ready to work with professional, clean dress and a positive attitude.
Report for work on time for assigned shift Work in a fun, team oriented work environment Be detail oriented when completing tasks Be customer service oriented Complete tasks in a timely fashion Move boxes that weigh up to 60 pounds Do some physical labor Have a positive attitude Good knife skills Show a sense of urgency when necessary.
Be creative when plating or presenting entrees.
Have an open line of communication with the Chef and Sous Chef keeping fresh, rotated product on the shelves Develop and create new, seasonal items while staying in concept Requirements:
3 or more years in a professional kitchen/bakery Scratch baking experience Ability to write, format, convert and follow basic recipes A broad range of creative work experience Must be driven and able to work in a fast paced work environment.
