Head Chef (Frankfort )
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- work with owners to make kitchen efficiency the priority -- be prepared to be the main person behind the line, or step into more of an expo position -- whatever is needed at the time.
--work with owners and managers to create and execute menus for private events -order and procure all food and dry shelf supplies for the restaurant, including making trips off-site.
-manage food costs to an agreed upon percentage Hours range from about 50-65 hours per week.
During the extremely busy season of June 15th-August 15th, this position will be required to work six or seven days, and you will be compensated for working over five days in a week.
