Weekends & Evening availability a Must! Delivers food to guests and regularly checks back with guests after delivery of food. Clears dishes from tables/dining areas. Directs guests to seating areas, washrooms, Deli. Makes brewed coffee. Passionate about great food/great service. Experience in customer service and/or food service/hospitality industry. Our performance expectations are:
Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect Completes Training Passport within the stated timeframes Follows sanitation procedures Clears dishes from tables in Next Door Washes dishes and returns them to the Sandwich Line Makes brewed coffee Keeps Next Door dining areas clean and organized Checks customer bathrooms; cleans and stocks as needed Takes out trash in customer areas as needed Quickly delivers all food to guests Assists in keeping Sandwich Line production area neat an
d clean Takes direction from Sandwich Line Anchor and Supervisors Regularly checks back with guests to whom recently delivered food Directs guests to:
seating, washrooms, phone, Deli Pre-busses tables when possible Finds work to do when slow The Success Patterns for this position are:
