1st In this role you will:

Be responsible for all sustaining engineering activities relative to existing technology blocks for connected products; product engineering, testing, change management, obsolescence etc.

Work directly with New Product Development teams to implement messaging protocols on target hardware platforms across multiple divisional platforms.

Support product issue resolution teams with engineering support to determine root cause and corrective action concerning device connectivity issues at connected accounts.
:
Performs and reports on debugging and unit testing of software features and products.

Responsibilities:

Leads and actively participates in peer reviews and code inspections.

Interfaces with electrical, software, and other engineers to ensure software/hardware compatibility.

Frequently assists technical support in troubleshooting systems in the field.
Qualifications:

10 years of relevant experience :
Comfortable in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment containing multiple stakeholders.
Education:

BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Qualifications/Work
