Job Description:
JOB TITLE:
Restoration Supervisor PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect losses and review loss with customer.
Maintain constant communication with the property owner and insurance company.
Prepare and administer work orders and schedule subs and employees as needed.
Supervise restoration technicians, assistant technicians on jobs, and give direction to subordinates.
Oversee jobs to speedy conclusion.
Professionally handle any and all customer inquiries and complaints.
Responsible for setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
Application of antimicrobial products.
Responsible for the finished product; Quality and efficiency.
Ensure that all daily and weekly project paperwork is completed and submitted to the appropriate office on a timely basis.
Maintain inventory control on equipment and materials.
Perform all jobsite and driving activities in a safe and professional manner.
SKILLS/
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma, GED or technical school certification.
Certification from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control.
Experience with Cleaning carpets and water extraction.
Ability to work in an environment that has suffered fire or water damage.
Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners.
Professional customer service and neat appearance.
Ability to travel for extended periods of time on short notice and handle emergency calls on a 24 hour basis.
Must be detailed and have ability to complete paperwork and utilization of proprietary software.
Must be an analytical person with good diagnostic skills.

Drive company vehicles with GVW less than 10,000 lb C.
Work as part of a team with other company Restoration Technicians E.
Adhere to all company Policies and Procedures per the Employee Handbook F.
Perform all jobsite and driving activities in a safe and professional manner Administrative A.
Ensure that all daily and weekly project paperwork is completed and submitted to the appropriate office on a timely basis.
