Title:
Director, Valuation Services Description Responsibilities :
Responsible for ensuring valuation team business objectives are met, while driving up service and executing performance and quality measures.

Align project resources with project priorities and discuss alternative resourcing and project impact of any changes with line managers.
:
Responsible for customer satisfaction with Implementation and Conversion Services for Valuation modules :
Build, develop and lead a highly effective, cross functional and motivated work force with clearly defined mission and aligned objectives :
Responsible for ensuring own staff and contractors have adequate skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Ensure technical policies are known by the team and applied consistently.
:
Ensure team and client documentation and appropriate manuals, processes and procedures are updated regularly.
:
Ensure operational requirements, standards and best practices are factored into all plans.
:
Contribute to ongoing refinement and development of operational requirements and standards.
:
Ensure that tactical decisions / solutions account for and influence broader strategic direction.
:
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
:
Participate in cross unit discussions representing project priorities, reviewing risks and impact with Product Development and Engineering.
:
Interface with third parties.
:
Mentors Managers and Team Leaders.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree required.
Preference for business, technology or operations management.
:
Minimum of 5 years management experience in a similar role with IT product configurations and implementations as the key focus.
:
Property Assessment and/or Government Tax industry experience required :
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
:
Good understanding of numerical and qualitative analysis methods.
:
Experience managing P and L :
Professional Certification such as PMP from the Project Management Institute is highly desirable but not essential.
:
Business travel may be required up to 50 of time, as determined by supervisor's discretion.
:
May require extended work schedules, tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
