Technical Subject Matter Expert for Voice technologies within the Unified Communications Operations team :
Be the voice of operations during Transfer To Operations (TTO) for services relating to our team :
Manage high severity outages through standard GE ITIL processes until resolution :
Knowledge sharing through presentations etc.
to fellow members of the UC operations team Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field, OR in lieu of a degree:
a HS diploma/GED and a minimum 4 years of IT experience or relevant military experience/training :
Minimum 5 years of experience working in technical IT functions :
Minimum 3 years of IT Operational management experience :
Minimum 3 years of proven technical experience with Cisco and Avaya telephony technologies including VOIP protocols and architectures :
Minimum 3 years of experience and proven technical knowledge of voice circuit technologies and protocols including E1, T1, BRI and SIP trunking Additional Eligibility
Qualifications:
