Haas Vertical Cnc Operator
Night Shift! 6 days per week (Monday through Saturday), 10-12 hours per day.
Seeking a CNC Operator for a HAAS vertical machine, the machine is a VF5 (one year old) this person cannot be a trainee at this time.
This is for nights, I will start the person on days for 1 week to monitor their progress and output.
If everything works out they will be transferred to nights starting the second week.
(M-F 10hours & Sat.
8 hours) I need someone that has good experience in the following:
1.
Programming at the machine (complete knowledge) 3.
Good understanding of proper tools used to process jobs.
4.
Has basic machinist tools to check work Please keep in mind, we are not a production shop.
We do not have push button jobs running through our shop.
There are many times the jobs on all of the machines change 4-5 times a day.
which means 4-5 different setups, programs, pickups, tooling changesetc.
