- Must have reliable transportation and preferably a truck - Must have tools for a variety of jobs in apartment maintenance (drills, drain snake, etc) - Must have at minimum 2 years with boiler experience as a majority of our properties are heated with boiler systems - Skills to schedule contractors and follow up on the job - Skills to lead other Maintenance Techs to make the most of their work day www.
