Manager Plant Engineering:Quincy, MI - (quincy, michigan)
Job Summary Position Responsibilities :
Responsible for taking project from original concept through final implementation at the plant level.
(Includes product introductions, line extensions, product changes, cost savings initiatives and other such plant projects.
) :
Collaborates with the Operations Business Director(s) to define product scope, objectives, detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

Responsible for operating as key process executor.
:
Directs plant project engineering execution and generates cost improvements in assets, processes, and material usage to reach annual performance goals :
Develops and manages long term capital plan for facility.
:
Collaborates and works effectively with corporate functional groups and supports enterprise initiatives and deliverables.
:
Executes with excellence all capital and plant project work leveraging CPS and Vertical Start:
up methodologies using sound project management methodologies.
:
Ensures proper cash flow and adherence to ConAgra financial standards.
:
Maintains plant regulatory licenses in good standing.
:
Interfaces with local and state regulatory authorities.
:
Responsible for oversight of utility technicians who operate and maintain plant utility systems, including boilers, steam, ammonia, compressed air, electrical power and water systems.

Responsible for oversight of plant electrical resources to maintain the facility and to support productions efforts, as needed.
Includes:
plant computer network, database administration, and software maintenance; PLC's and controls; perform projects to improve production or minimize risks.

Collaborates with Asset Reliability Manager to execute the site's asset management program.
:
Supports plant production leaders and technicians in all aspects of manufacturing; maintenance shutdown planning and schedule coordination; training efforts.

Drives continuous improvement of plant manufacturing processes and other brand impact cost reductions.
