Orders forecasting on a monthly basis for use in planning, manufacturing and inventory management.

Collects, analyzes and maintains competitive information including product literature and pricing and communicates information as appropriate within the organization.
5.
Responsible for line extensions, quality initiatives, specials, vendor issues, etc.
6.
Focus on continuous product improvement with regard to product quality and functionality.
The goal is best in class products in all market segment(s).
Drives corrective action where necessary.
9.
Participates in sales training.
11.
Prudent management of budgeted expenses.
12.
Develop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in marketing or related discipline.
:
Master's degree preferred.
:
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.

Excellent organizational skills.
:
Strong results orientation.
:
Excellent matrix management skills.
:
Up to 40 travel annually (working with customers, account managers, and national accounts).
:
Some international travel is likely.

May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.

May be required to move materials up to 50 pounds, reach, push, or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities.
