Employee Relations Manager

ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships and directly interact with internal and external customers and/or vendors as needed to address and resolve issues Recommend personnel actions such as disciplines and terminations Communicate and implement change management initiatives Manage, address and resolve associate relations issues Develop strategy and countermeasures from trend analysis in order to reduce turnover and cost per hire Responsible for employment practices that comply with federal and state laws, ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory laws Conduct investigations and develop responses for complaints that relate to associate relations issues Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field 7
years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment, with 4
years in a management role Broad knowledge of Human Resources, policy development and related laws and regulations Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems Strong analytical, organizational, communication, customer service and project management skills Active HR certification (PHR, SPHR) preferred This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
